The department or the department of justice shall
8provide to the department of workforce development or a county child support agency
9under s. 59.53 (5) the name and address of an individual, the name and address of
10the individual's employer and financial information related to the individual that is
11contained in records or other information granted confidential status under this
12subsection if requested under s. 49.22 (2m) by the department of workforce
13development or a county child support agency under s. 59.53 (5).

4a prisoner, type and value of real estate owned by a prisoner, type and value of
