6or revokes any such license, the department shall notify the applicant or licensee of
7the pending action and that the division of hearings and appeals will hold a hearing

9notice of the hearing by registered or certified mail to the last-known address of the
10licensee or applicant, at least 10 days prior to the date of the hearing. This section
11does not apply to denials of applications of licenses under s. 343.665 or 343.675.

2948.22 (7) or ch. 769 and the amount required to be withheld from the lottery prize
3under s. 767.265. The administrator shall withhold the certified amount from each
4payment made to the winner and remit the certified amount to the department of
5workforce development.

18than $100,000, conditioned upon proper performance of obligations as a surplus lines
19agent or broker.
