AB768-SA17,1,7 3. Page 431, line 23: delete the material beginning with "participating" and ending with "primary" on line 25 and substitute "participating".

AB768-SA17,1,9 4. Page 432, line 1: delete the material beginning with "primary" and ending with "as primary" on line 2 and substitute "participating".
