AB768-SA45,1,4 2. Page 16, line 14: delete "individual income tax rates;".

AB768-SA45,1,6 3. Page 207, line 15: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 208, line 20.

AB768-SA45,1,7 4. Page 558, line 3: before that line insert:

AB768-SA45,1,9 "(3x) Budget stabilization fund transfer. On or before June 30, 1999, there is transferred $83,400,000 from the general fund to the budget stabilization fund.".
