SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1997 SENATE BILL 63

SB63-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB63-SA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 21: before the period insert "unless the vending machine is located on premises described in a license or permit issued under s. 125.26, 125.27 or 125.51 (3) or (5)".

SB63-SA1,1,6 2. Page 3, line 5: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 5, line 4, and substitute:

SB63-SA1,1,7 " Section 11m. 139.30 (14) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:

SB63-SA1,1,8 139.30 (14) "Vending machine" has the meaning given in s. 134.66 (1) (k).".
