This is to inform you, Governor Tommy Thompson, and the Assembly representatives that I will resign as Wisconsin State Representative of the 48th Assembly District at the close of business on May 12th.
It has been a great honor and privilege to be a member of the Wisconsin State Legislature and to serve the 48th Assembly District since January 1993.
I am looking forward to another great challenge in my career as Governor Thompson's appointee to Teach Wisconsin. As the Executive Director, I anticipate working with you and members of the Legislature in the future.
