The state may contract public debt in an amount not to exceed $143,171,600 $143,071,600 for this purpose.

AB100-engrossed,441,2 20.866 (2) (xb) Building commission; refunding corporation self-amortizing debt. From the capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient to fund or refund the whole or any part of any unpaid indebtedness used to finance self-amortizing facilities in which program revenues or corresponding segregated revenues from program receipts reimburse lease rental payments advanced by general purpose revenue, and incurred prior to January 1, 1970, by the Wisconsin state agencies building corporation, Wisconsin state colleges building corporation or Wisconsin university building corporation. The state may contract public debt in an amount not to exceed $2,686,600 $1,940,000 for this purpose. Such indebtedness shall be construed to include any premium payable with respect thereto. Debt incurred by this paragraph shall be repaid under the appropriations providing for the retirement of public debt incurred under par. (t), (u), (ur) or (zz) in proportional amounts to the purposes for which the debt was refinanced. The refunding authority provided in this paragraph may be used only if the true interest costs to the state can be reduced thereby.

AB100-engrossed, s. 735d Section 735d. 20.866 (2) (y) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB100-engrossed,441,7 20.866 (2) (y) Building commission; housing state departments and agencies. From the capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient to the building commission for the purpose of housing state departments and agencies. The state may contract public debt in an amount not to exceed $219,525,600 $259,727,600 for this purpose.

AB100-engrossed, s. 735h Section 735h. 20.866 (2) (yg) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB100-engrossed,441,13 20.866 (2) (yg) Building commission; project contingencies. From the capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient to the building commission for the purpose of funding project contingencies for projects enumerated in the authorized state building program for state departments and agencies. The state may contract public debt in an amount not to exceed $19,659,000 $28,233,200 for this purpose.
