22organized in the state if the corporation meets all of the following requirements:

2in land if the land to be acquired, or the land subject to the interest in land to be

21complaints against conservation wardens when the chief warden determines an

220.866 (2) (tz), the department may expend up to $500,000 for the development of a

520.866 (2) (tz) shall be treated as moneys expended for general property

16treated as moneys expended for any of the purposes specified under s. 23.0915 (1) (a)
17to (k) or any combination of those purposes.".
