AJR112-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

AJR112-AA2,1,3 21. Page 2, line 18: delete "Beginning" and substitute "Except as otherwise
3provided in this subsection, beginning ".

AJR112-AA2,1,4 42. Page 2, line 24: after that line insert:

AJR112-AA2,1,5 5" Section 2m. Section 1 (3) of article VIII of the constitution is created to read:

AJR112-AA2,1,106 [Article VIII] Section 1 (3) If a parcel specified in sub. (2) is substantially
7improved, as defined by the legislature by law, the owner of the parcel shall pay the
8property taxes on the parcel for the year in which the improvement is made as if sub.
9(2) were not in effect and in each subsequent year the property owner shall pay the
10property taxes as limited by sub. (2).".
