Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (c), the amount expended under this paragraph and par. (s), in the aggregate, may not exceed the amounts in the schedule for par. (s).

SECTION 285. 20.285 (1) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

The amounts in the schedule for the to operate and implement jointly with the Medical College of Wisconsin area health education center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison under s. 36.25 (37) centers and projects. Beginning October 1, 1999, the area health education centers and projects shall be implemented and operated solely by the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System.
