Dear Mr. Sanders:
On June 1, 1999, Assembly Bill 366 relating to mercury emissions from certain sources, reporting mercury emissions, mercury in medical waste sent to incinerators, fish advisories, granting rule-making authority, making an appropriation and providing a penalty was referred to the Assembly Committee on Natural Resources. Pursuant to Assembly Rule 42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 366 from the Assembly Committee on Natural Resources and re-refer that bill to the Assembly Committee on Environment.
Representative Johnsrud has been notified of this changed and approves.
