Assembly Bill 751
In enrolling, the following corrections were made:
Assembly Bill 751:
1. Page 4, line 4: delete "assistant who is" and substitute "assistants who are".
Note: This change corrects the syntax to reflect the change made by Item 2 of Assembly Amendment 2 to the bill.
Assembly Amendment 2:
1. Page 1, line 5: delete "therapist assistant" and substitute "therapy assistant".
2. Page 1, line 8: delete "therapist assistant" and substitute "therapy assistant".
Note: These 2 changes correct the name of the assistant to reflect current law.
