Relating to the Amendment of Executive Order No. 365
WHEREAS, the Governor's Blue Ribbon Task Force on Passenger Rail Service (hereinafter "Task force") was created on March 29, 1999 by Executive Order No. 365; and
WHEREAS, the need exists to expand membership beyond the twenty-three (23) member limit;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, TOMMY G. THOMPSON, Governor of the State of Wisconsin, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of this State, and specifically by Section 14.019 of the Wisconsin Statutes, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 365 as follows::
Provide that the Task Force shall be composed of twenty-five (25) members appointed by the Governor to serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
IN TESTIMONY WHERE OF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Wisconsin to be affixed. Done at the Capitol in the city of Madison this seventh day of April in the year one thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine.
