Pursuant to s. 15.107(17), Wisconsin Statutes, I have appointed Keith Reopelle of Oregon, and Robert Jones of Madison, to the Council on Utility Public Benefits. My previous appointment letter failed to note that staggered initial terms are required. therefore, the term of Keith Reopelle will expire on July 1, 2003, and the term of Robert Jones will expire on July 1, 2001.
