David L. Mahkimetas, convicted Misdemeanor Battery (Domestic Violence) and sentenced on 3/31/93 to 18 months probation, 45 days jail, counseling, restitution, costs and fines, recommended by the Pardon Advisory Board by a vote of 3-2 to be granted a pardon, was granted a pardon on 12/16/99, because he is a productive member of society and otherwise deserving of extraordinary relief.
