452.17 (2) Any person who engages in or follows the business or occupation of, or advertises or holds himself or herself out as or acts temporarily or otherwise as, a time-share salesperson or closing agent in this state without being registered with the department shall be prosecuted by the district attorney in the county where the violation occurs and may be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200 or imprisoned not less than 10 days nor more than 6 months or both.

"Brownfields redevelopment" does not include construction of new facilities on the site for any purpose other than environmental remediation activities.

To be eligible for a grant or loan from proceeds under this subsection, a business must be located in this state in a county that contains or that is adjacent to any portion of an Oneida reservation and must satisfy any of the following criteria:
(a) The business is a start-up business.
(b) The business, together with any affiliate, subsidiary, or parent entity, has fewer than 50 employees.
(c) The business is at least 51% owned, controlled, and actively managed by a member or members of the Oneida tribe.

560.137 (2) (c) As a condition of approval of a grant or loan under this section subsection, the department shall require that the qualified business provide matching funds for at least 25% of the cost of the project.
