AB713-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete "940.05, or 940.06" and substitute "or 940.05".

AB713-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

AB713-AA1,1,4 " Section 1m. 939.74 (2) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

AB713-AA1,1,6 939.74 (2) (am) A prosecution for a violation of s. 940.06 may be commenced within 15 years after the commission of the violation.".
