AB843-AA11,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB843-AA11,1,2 1. Page 74, line 16: after that line insert:

AB843-AA11,1,3 " Section 142e. 71.10 (3) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB843-AA11,1,10 71.10 (3) (d) If an individual's income tax return is prepared by an income tax preparer who files the return electronically and if the individual does not indicate that he or she does not want to make a designation under par. (a), the income tax preparer shall designate $5 for transfer to the Wisconsin election campaign fund under s. 11.50 or, if the individual is married and files a joint return, the preparer shall designate $5 for each individual. Designations made under this paragraph shall be placed in the general account.".
