SENATE AMENDMENT 10, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2001 SENATE BILL 104

SB104-SSA1-SA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB104-SSA1-SA10,1,4 1. Page 35, line 12: delete the material beginning with "who" and ending with "fund" on line 13 and substitute "who files a sworn statement and application to receive a grant from the Wisconsin election campaign fund".

SB104-SSA1-SA10,1,6 2. Page 35, line 14: delete "200% of the amounts specified in sub. (1)" and substitute "200% of the amounts specified in sub. (1) $10,000".

SB104-SSA1-SA10,1,11 3. Page 35, line 25: delete the material beginning with ", except" and ending with "limitation" on page 36, line 2, and substitute ", except that a candidate may exceed the limitation if authorized under this subsection to contribute more than the amount specified to the candidate's own campaign, up to the amount of the limitation".
