SB307-SA12,1,2 1. Page 97, line 3: after that line insert:

SB307-SA12,1,3 "169.365 Nondisclosure of certain information. (1) In this section:

SB307-SA12,1,6 (a) "List" means a computer generated list compiled or maintained by the department that contains the personal identifiers of persons who hold licenses under this chapter.

SB307-SA12,1,8 (b) "Personal identifier" means the name, social security number, telephone number, street address, post-office box number, or zip code.

SB307-SA12,1,11 (2) (a) The department may not disclose any list, any personal identifier of a person holding a license under this chapter, or any information received by the department under s. 169.36 to another person.

SB307-SA12,2,4 (b) Paragraph (a) does not apply to a list, personal identifier, or information that the department furnishes to another state agency, a law enforcement agency, or a federal governmental agency. A state agency that receives the list, the personal identifier or the information from the department may not disclose the list, personal identifier, or information to any other person other than a state agency, a law enforcement agency, or a federal governmental agency.".
