SB307-SA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB307-SA8,1,2 1. Page 9, line 1: delete that line and substitute:

SB307-SA8,1,4 " Section 1. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table

SB307-SA8, s. 1e Section 1e. 20.115 (2) (ha) of the statutes is amended to read:".

SB307-SA8,1,6 2. Page 9, line 5: after that line insert:

SB307-SA8,1,7 " Section 1m. 20.115 (2) (q) of the statutes is created to read:

SB307-SA8,2,3 20.115 (2) (q) Inspection of captive cervids. Biennially, from the conservation fund, the amount in the schedule for inspection of captive cervids under 2001 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 240m (1).".

SB307-SA8,2,12 (1) Requirement. No later than the first day of the 7th month beginning after the effective date of this subsection, the department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection shall inspect all cervids that are in captivity in Iowa County and all counties that are adjacent to Iowa County for symptoms of chronic wasting disease.".
