SB55-ASA1-AA130,1,9 110.105 Vehicles; computer chip prohibition. The department is prohibited from administering or enforcing any law, or promulgating any rule, that requires or permits a vehicle to be installed with a computer chip to determine the annual mileage of the vehicle for the purpose of collecting revenues from the owner of the vehicle at the end of each calendar year in lieu of motor vehicle fuel taxes collected under ch. 78.".
