SB55-ASA1-AA18,1,8 3"(3k) Study of impact of agricultural mergers on family farms. The
4department of justice shall study the impact on small or family farms of mergers
5involving agricultural businesses. The study shall focus on any competitive
6disadvantages to small or family farms resulting from the merger of agricultural
7businesses. The department of justice shall report its findings to the legislature in
8the manner provided in section 13.172 (2) of the statutes by January 1, 2003.".
