SB55-SSA1,395,9 20.505 (6) (ks) Tribal law enforcement assistance. The amounts in the schedule to provide grants for tribal law enforcement under s. 16.964 (6). All moneys transferred from the appropriation account under s. 20.505 (8) (hm) 15. shall be credited to this appropriation account. Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), the unencumbered balance on June 30 of each year shall revert to the appropriation account under s. 20.505 (8) (hm).

(h) and that are incurred in financing the acquisition, construction, development, enlargement, or improvement of facilities approved by the building commission for operation by the educational communications board and to make the payments determined by the building commission under s. 13.488 (1) (m) that are attributable to the proceeds of obligations incurred in financing this acquisition, construction, development, enlargement or improvement. No moneys may be encumbered under this paragraph unless the secretary of administration first determines that the federal communications commission has approved the transfer of all broadcasting licenses held by the educational communications board to the broadcasting corporation as defined in s. 39.81 (2).
