2001 Assembly Bill 111, introduced by Representatives Cullen and Gundrum, cosponsored by Senators George and Huelsman, relates to the adoption of the Revised Uniform Commercial Code ("UCC") Article 9-Secured Transactions.
2001 Assembly Bill 111 contains a fiscal note in excess of $10,000. Pursuant to Wis. Stats. §
16.47(2), I consider this bill to be an emergency bill and authorize passage of 2001 Assembly Bill 111 prior to passage of the Budget Bill.
