Enclosed please find the Final Progress Report for our Miller Park project. Final project accounting work, contract closure efforts, punch list completion, building commissioning tasks and other such close-out efforts will be completed shortly. As the enclosed progress report indicates, Miller Park is complete and has clearly achieved the District Board's objective of building the premiere baseball facility in the country, available for play on Opening Day 2001, completed within budget and with meaningful community participation.
