AB842, s. 6 Section 6. 4.006 of the statutes is created to read:

AB842,3,8 4.006 Definitions. In this chapter:

AB842,3,9 (1) "Block" has the meaning given in s. 5.02 (1q).

AB842,3,12 (2) "Ward" means a municipal ward in effect on August 1 of the year following the federal decennial census on which the districting plans described under subchs. II and III are based.

AB842, s. 7 Section 7. Subchapter II of chapter 4 [precedes 4.009] of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:

AB842,3,17 Subchapter II Senate districts

AB842,3,19 4.009 Senate districts. (1) First senate district. The combination of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd assembly districts constitutes the first senate district.

AB842,3,21 (2) Second senate district. The combination of the 4th, 5th, and 6th assembly districts constitutes the 2nd senate district.

AB842,3,23 (3) Third senate district. The combination of the 7th, 8th, and 9th assembly districts constitutes the 3rd senate district.

AB842,3,25 (4) Fourth senate district. The combination of the 10th, 11th, and 12th assembly districts constitutes the 4th senate district.

AB842,7,5 (c) That part of the village of Allouez comprising wards 6 and 8.

AB842,7,7 (2) Manitowoc County. That part of Manitowoc County consisting of all of the following:

AB842,7,9 (a) The towns of Cooperstown, Franklin, Kossuth, Maple Grove, and Two Rivers.

AB842,7,10 (b) The villages of Francis Creek, Kellnersville, and Maribel.

AB842,7,11 (c) The city of Two Rivers.

AB842,7,13 4.03 Third assembly district. All of the following territory constitutes the 3rd assembly district:

AB842,7,14 (1) Whole county. Calumet County.

AB842,7,16 (2) Outagamie County. That part of Outagamie County consisting of all of the following:

AB842,7,17 (a) That part of the town of Buchanan comprising wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

AB842,7,18 (b) The villages of Combined Locks and Kimberly.

AB842,7,20 4.04 Fourth assembly district. All of the following territory in Brown County constitutes the 4th assembly district:

AB842,7,21 (1) The village of Ashwaubenon.

AB842,7,22 (2) That part of the village of Allouez comprising wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 9.

AB842,7,24 (3) That part of the city of Green Bay comprising wards 15, 16, 33, 34, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, and 49.

AB842,8,2 4.05 Fifth assembly district. All of the following territory constitutes the 5th assembly district:

AB842,8,3 (1) Brown County. That part of Brown County consisting of all of the following:

AB842,8,21 (c) The city of Gillett.
