2003 WISCONSIN ACT 323
An Act relating to: amending s. 35.18 (1) of the statutes to eliminate the requirement that the revisor print a list of numerical cross-references in the statutes to other parts of the statutes in each biennial issue of the Wisconsin Statutes (Revisor's Revision Bill).
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
323,1 Section 1. 35.18 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:
35.18 (1) Publication. Biennially the revisor shall prepare and deliver to the department printer's copy for the Wisconsin statutes, which shall contain all the general statutes in force, all important joint resolutions adopted since the last preceding general session, an alphabetical index, a list of numerical cross-references in the statutes to other parts of the statutes, and such other matter as the revisor deems desirable and practicable. The department shall determine how many copies shall be printed.
