2003 WISCONSIN ACT 78

An Act to amend 67.04 (5) (b) 3.; and to create 611.11 (4) (b) 4. of the statutes; relating to: authorizing municipal insurance mutuals to provide property insurance.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

78,1 Section 1. 67.04 (5) (b) 3. of the statutes is amended to read:

67.04 (5) (b) 3. To provide liability insurance and, property insurance, or risk management services under s. 611.11 (4).

78,2 Section 2. 611.11 (4) (b) 4. of the statutes is created to read:

611.11 (4) (b) 4. Property insurance.
