SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 180

SB180-SSA2-SA2,1,2 1. Page 12, line 3: after "(b)" insert "1.".

SB180-SSA2-SA2,1,3 2. Page 12, line 9: after that line insert:

SB180-SSA2-SA2,1,10 "2. If a baseload electric generating facility as described in subd. 1. is located on a site that is contiguous to a municipality in which the facility is not located, the contiguous municipality shall receive annually from the public utility account a payment in an amount that is equal to the number of megawatts that represents the production plant's name-plate capacity, multiplied by $100. A municipality that receives a payment under this subdivision may not receive a mitigation payment as defined in s. 196.20 (7) (a).".
