Senate Bill 117 introduced by Senator Schultz and others relates to prohibiting methyl tertiary-butyl ether in automotive gasoline, providing an exemption from emergency rule procedures, and granting rule making authority.
Senate Bill 117 contains a fiscal note in excess of $10,000. Pursuant to s.16.47(2) the committee on Senate Organization considers this bill to be an emergency and authorizes passage prior to the passage of the Budget Bill.
