Senator Chvala, with unanimous consent, asked that when the Senate adjourn, it do so in honor of Spc. Robert Cook from Sun Prairie who was killed in an explosion in Afghanistan.
Robert was a 1997 graduate of Sun Prairie High School and had played on the Division I Championship football team in 1995. Robert had plans to become a nurse at the end of his tour. He was loved by his family, and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Senator Reynolds, with unanimous consent, asked that when the Senate adjourn, it do so in honor of Dr. Frederick J. Carpenter who practices at Columbia Hospital and Dr. Richard H. Strassburger who practices at St. Luke's Hospital both of Wauwatosa who both have been inducted into the State Medical Society's 50 Year Club.
