2005 WISCONSIN ACT 111

An Act to amend 118.40 (2r) (cm) of the statutes; relating to: the enrollment of the charter school established by the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

111,1 Section 1. 118.40 (2r) (cm) of the statutes is amended to read:

118.40 (2r) (cm) The chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside may establish or enter into a contract for the establishment of only one charter school under this subsection, which may not operate high school grades and which may not accommodate more than 400 480 pupils.

111,2 Section 2. Initial applicability.

(1) This act first applies in the 2006-07 school year.
