AB968-ASA1-AA1,1,3 32. Page 17, line 10: after that line insert:

AB968-ASA1-AA1,1,5 4"(2m) The treatment of section 73.14 (3) of the statutes first applies to audits
5commencing on or after the effective date of this subsection.

AB968-ASA1-AA1,1,76 (2n) The treatment of section 73.14 (4) of the statutes first applies to
7assessments after the effective date of this subsection.".

AB968-ASA1-AA1,1,8 83. Page 17, line 17: delete lines 17 and 18 and substitute:
