SB174-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB174-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 2: after "wine" insert "and the language spoken".

SB174-AA1,1,3 32. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

SB174-AA1,1,4 4" Section 1g. 301.33 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

SB174-AA1,1,65 301.33 (4) The department shall permit each inmate to worship in his or her
6primary language.".

SB174-AA1,1,7 73. Page 1, line 4: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1r".

SB174-AA1,1,8 84. Page 2, line 20: after that line insert:

SB174-AA1,1,9 9" Section 4m. 302.39 of the statutes is amended to read:

SB174-AA1,1,12 10302.39 Freedom of worship; religious ministration. Insofar as
11practicable, s. 301.33 (1) to (3) shall apply to county jails. Section 301.33 (4) shall
12apply to county jails.".
