SB28-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB28-SSA1-SA1,1,2 1. Page 5, line 14: after "limit." insert "(a)".

SB28-SSA1-SA1,1,8 2. Page 5, line 15: delete lines 15 and 16 and substitute "subdivision may levy in any year more than it levied in the previous year increased by the political subdivision's valuation factor or the average percentage increase in the consumer price index for all urban consumers, metropolitan area average, for the Milwaukee-Racine region, or its successor, for the 3 previous years ending on June 30, as determined by the federal department of labor, whichever is more.
