SJR5-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

SJR5-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: delete the material inserted by senate amendment 5 and substitute "November 2006 general election".

SJR5-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 1: delete the material inserted by senate amendment 3 and substitute "first-degree intentional homicide, if the conviction is supported by DNA evidence?"".
