The Honorable, The Senate:
Unfortunately, due to the unexpected nature of the calling for a special session, I was unable to participate in the January 2005 Special Session and vote in favor of passage of Senate Bill 1 as a result of my previously scheduled honeymoon.
Therefore, I am writing today to request that my vote from the January 2005 Special Session regarding passage of Senate Bill 1 be recorded in the Senate Journal to reflect that I would have voted in favor of passage of Senate Bill 1.
I appreciate your attention in this matter.
Sincerely,
Joe Leibham
State Senator
