S722 Senator Lazich withdrew her motion that Assembly Bill 15 be referred to the committee on Natural Resources and Transportation.
Senator Lazich moved indefinite postponement of Assembly Bill 15.
Senator S. Fitzgerald raised the point of order that Assembly Bill 15 was not properly before the Senate because referral to joint committee on Finance is required.
The Chair ruled the point of order not well taken.
Senator Olsen, with unanimous consent, requested to be excused from voting on Assembly Bill 15 pursuant to Senate Rule 73 (1).
