20Each application for a permit shall disclose the name and address of the employer
21or the person for whom the sales person is soliciting and such permit shall remain
22effective only while the salesperson represents such named employer
or person. If
23such salesperson is thereafter employed by another
manufacturer or permittee 24person, the salesperson shall obtain a new salesperson's permit. Each
manufacturer
1and permittee shall notify the department within 10 days after the resignation or
2dismissal of any such salesperson holding a permit.
