SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 244

SB244-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB244-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "agencies" insert "and eliminating required payment of contribution surcharges to crime prevention organizations and funds".

SB244-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB244-SA1,1,5 " Section 1b. 753.40 of the statutes is repealed.

SB244-SA1, s. 1d Section 1d. 755.20 of the statutes is repealed.

SB244-SA1, s. 1e Section 1e. 757.17 of the statutes is repealed.".

SB244-SA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1f".

SB244-SA1,1,9 4. Page 2, line 3: delete " certain" and substitute "certain".

SB244-SA1,1,11 5. Page 2, line 3: after " agencies" insert "and government attorney conduct".

SB244-SA1,1,12 6. Page 2, line 7: delete " action for" and substitute "action".

SB244-SA1,2,1 7. Page 2, line 8: delete " a forfeiture" and substitute "or special proceeding".

SB244-SA1,2,2 8. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

SB244-SA1,2,15 973.11 (1) (b) Any requirement that the court may impose under s. 973.09 (1g), (1x), (4), and (7m).".
