SB294-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB294-SA1,1,3 1. Page 7, line 24: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 8, line 4, and substitute:

SB294-SA1,1,8 "(L) "Rule" means a statement of general or particular applicability and future effect promulgated by the commission, including a uniform standard developed under sub. (7), designed to implement, interpret, or prescribe law or policy or describing the organization, procedure, or practice requirements of the commission, which shall have the force and effect of law in the compacting states.".
