SB310-SA1,1,3 1. Page 6, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 7, line 20.

SB310-SA1,1,5 2. Page 10, line 13: after "death" insert ", as determined in accordance with s. 146.71,".

SB310-SA1,1,6 3. Page 24, line 23: delete "For".

SB310-SA1,1,8 4. Page 24, line 24: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 25, line 2.

SB310-SA1,1,9 5. Page 26, line 17: after that line insert:

SB310-SA1,2,2 "4. If procurement organization personnel make a request of a family member of a potential donor to make an anatomical gift of organs, tissues, or eyes, ensure that the personnel make the request with discretion and sensibility with respect to the circumstances, views, and beliefs of the family of the potential donor.".
