AB75-ASA1-AA130,1,3 1. Page 95, line 3: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $8,127,500 to reflect the elimination of intradistrict special transfer aid.

AB75-ASA1-AA130,1,5 2. Page 95, line 5: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $127,500 to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB75-ASA1-AA130,2,11 (a) The school district is located in a county with a population in 2000 of less than 250,000, according to the 2000 federal census.

AB75-ASA1-AA130,2,13 (b) The school district's membership in the 2009-10 school year was no more than 775.

AB75-ASA1-AA130,2,14 (c) The geographic area of the school district is at least 70 square miles.

AB75-ASA1-AA130,2,16 (d) The membership of the school district declined in any of the following manners:

AB75-ASA1-AA130,2,17 1. Between the 2006-07 and 2009-10 school years, at least 1.29 percent.

AB75-ASA1-AA130,2,18 2. Between the 2007-08 and 2009-10 school years, at least 1.85 percent.

AB75-ASA1-AA130,2,22 (3) (a) Beginning in the 2010-11 school year, the department shall, subject to par. (b), from the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (ag), pay to each school district eligible for aid under this section $200 multiplied by the membership in the previous school year.

AB75-ASA1-AA130,3,3 (b) If the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (ag) in any fiscal year is insufficient to pay the full amount under par. (a), the department shall prorate the payments among the eligible school districts.".
