SB120-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB120-SA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 2: delete "assignees of creditors" and substitute "consumer
3credit actions".

SB120-SA1,1,5 42. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
5page 2, line 3, and substitute:

SB120-SA1,1,6 6" Section 1g. 425.109 (1) of the statutes is renumbered 425.109 (1r).

SB120-SA1, s. 1r 7Section 1r. 425.109 (1g) of the statutes is created to read:

SB120-SA1,1,108 425.109 (1g) In this section, "creditor" also includes an assignee of a creditor
9and any other person, other than a customer, seeking to enforce a cause of action
10arising from a consumer credit transaction.".
