SENATE AMENDMENT 13, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 181

SB181-SSA1-SA13,1,2 1. Page 14, line 5: after that line insert:

SB181-SSA1-SA13,1,3 " Section 66m. 101.123 (3) (n) of the statutes is created to read:

SB181-SSA1-SA13,1,7 101.123 (3) (n) An establishment that, beginning on before May 13, 2009, has continuously offered to customers of the establishment ethnic cuisine, dance, music, and the use of water pipes with flavored tobacco as a cultural experience, if all of the following apply:

SB181-SSA1-SA13,1,9 1. The establishment operates under a permit issued as required under s. 254.64 (1).

SB181-SSA1-SA13,1,11 2. The establishment maintains a separate area for customers using the water pipes.

SB181-SSA1-SA13,2,3 3. The separate area maintained for customers using the water pipes has a ventilation system that is separate from the part of the establishment where smoking is prohibited.".
