4"(e) 1. Before issuing bonds on any project, as that term is used in s. 231.01 (7),
5in this state, a commission must receive written approval from the Wisconsin Health
6and Educational Facilities Authority.

8used in s. 234.01 (4n), in this state, or on any housing project, as defined in s. 234.01
9(7), in this state, a commission must receive written approval from the Wisconsin
10Housing and Economic Development Authority.".

2Economic Development Authority and are used to fund multifamily affordable
3housing projects or elderly housing projects.
