SB62-AA5,1,2 1. Page 376, line 10: after that line insert:

SB62-AA5,1,7 "(chq) Public hearing and issuance of report. Before approving the expenditure of federal economic stimulus funds under a plan or plans submitted by the governor, the joint committee on finance shall hold a public hearing and issue a report that contains an estimate of the number of private sector jobs and public sector jobs that will be created by the projects for which the funds are expended.".
