Representative Ripp introduced Scott and Patty Rataczak from Cambria, parents of four children who are all currently serving in the United States Armed Forces: Melissa, Private First Class in the National Guard; Michael, a specialist in National Guard who is currently deployed in Iraq; Mitchell, Private First Class in the Army serving as a Helicopter mechanic and crew chief who has just returned home from Korea; and Marshall (Shaun), Private 2nd Class who is currently serving in Louisiana Fort Polk.
