Senator Wirch, with unanimous consent, asked that when the Senate adjourn, it do so in honor of Jack Fleisher, who won the 2009 Award from the Anderson Arts Council for "Lifetime Achievement in Art."
Senator Lehman, with unanimous consent, asked that when the Senate adjourn, it do so in honor of Clarence Allen, Starbuck Middle School Counselor, who was recently named by the Wisconsin School Counselor Association as 2010 "Counselor of the Year." His students know: "He understands what he is talking about, and really listens." We celebrate his 35 years as a very successful school counselor!
